A rotating wall cloud associated with a supercell thunderstorm near Kingfisher, Oklahoma on May 29, 2012. Note the area of heavier precipitation (rain & hail) to the left of the wall cloud. Near the time this photograph was taken, the storm produced 70-80 mph wind gusts and softball-sized hail (4.25" in diameter) in Kingfisher. Later, this same supercell thunderstorm produced an EF1 tornado and hail of up to 5" in diameter near Piedmont, Oklahoma.
